These service conditions apply to all services provided by Biotech Synergy, including plant tissue culture, disease diagnosis, animal genetics services, and scientific consulting. Contracting any service implies acceptance of these conditions.

Services are delivered according to the timelines and specifications agreed upon with the client. Biotech Synergy commits to using the best available scientific and technical practices in the execution of contracted services. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the requested service.

Biotech Synergy does not guarantee specific results from its services, as results depend on biological and environmental factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential damages, or loss of profits.

Payment for services must be made according to the conditions agreed upon in the budget approved by the client. Biotech Synergy reserves the right to suspend or cancel service delivery in case of non-compliance with payment conditions. Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of service completion.
